Berthier Ribeiro-Neto is an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, currently on a part-time assignment. He is also a Director of Engineering and Site Lead at the Google Research and Development Center, located in Belo Horizonte. His research interests include information retrieval (IR), Web systems, and digital libraries.
