I am a tenured assistant professor (professor adjunto) of the Computer Science Department at UFMG, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

My research interests are in algebraic graph theory, quantum computing and semidefinite optimization.

I also work on optimization and machine learning applications to real world problems within several outreach projects with Brazilian companies.
